As a Porter, you'll play an important role in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay from arrival through to departure.
This hands-on position suits someone who enjoys variety, guest interaction, and working across multiple areas of park operations.
While your primary responsibility will be guest transfers and porter services, you'll also support operational teams across the property when required.
No two days are the same — you'll be part of a collaborative team ensuring the resort operates smoothly across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Transfer of guest luggage between ferry arrivals and accommodationGuest transfers between airport and propertyDelivering exceptional guest service and local knowledgeSupporting housekeeping and maintenance teams during busy periodsUpkeep and presentation of park grounds and gardensGeneral maintenance tasks across park assets and facilitiesCleaning and maintaining communal areas including BBQs and amenitiesAssisting with daily park operational requirements as neededEnsuring compliance with safety, operational and brand standards
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a porter, grounds, maintenance or hospitality all-rounder roleCurrent valid driver's licence (manual driving essential)Ability to safely operate powered hand tools and equipmentPhysically fit with ability to perform manual handling tasksPositive, proactive and team-focused attitudeStrong communication and guest service skillsFlexibility to work across departments and a 7-day rosterSound WHS awareness and protected manual handling practicesPool maintenance experience (advantageous but not essential)

This role involves physical tasks including lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with equipment, machinery and cleaning chemicals.
