As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will support the nursing team to deliver high-quality care that promotes comfort, dignity, and safety for every patient.
About the Opportunity
As an Assistant in Nursing, you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to provide direct care to patients.
This role is essential to ensuring continuity of care and supporting positive patient outcomes.
In this role you will:

Deliver direct care that supports patients?
personal care, mobility, and communication needs.
?
Assist Registered and Enrolled Nurses with patient care interventions as directed.
?
Accurately collect healthcare information and maintain patient records in accordance with legislative requirements.
?
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote a safe and supportive environment.
?
Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to high-level customer service for patients and staff.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
?
Completed HLT***** Certificate III Health Services Assistance (Assisting in nursing work in acute care) or have completed 1 or more years Training as an Undergraduate nursing student.
?
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
?
Recent relevant experience in the specialty area.
?
Commitment to teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
?
Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care with a willingness to learn and adapt.
