About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH).
It is one of the nation's most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities.
Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, cutting-edge and caring.
This role supports leadership within the Aged Health Service at RPA Hospital.
The CNS2 provides clinical care and expertise to support the care delivery of Aged Health patients across RPA Hospital.
The CNS2 leads Quality Improvement and works collaboratively with the MDT, patients, and their families to ensure high quality care is delivered at all times.
The role acts as a resource for complex management of inpatient Aged Health patients.
Experience in Aged Health is essential to meet the requirements of this role.

Ideal Candidate
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation
Ability to prioritise and problem solve to manage the complex clinical care needs of patients through the development and use of clinical management plans




Ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team
