Discovery Parks Narooma is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to grow with us.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operation of the park and help lead a team of 16 across reception, guest services and park operations.This role involves budgeting, cost control and revenue performance, along with managing after-hours issues and supporting marketing efforts.
