What You'll DoReporting to the Merchandise Manager and working as part of a close‐knit team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support in‐store sales activities, maintain inventory processes, and help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the branch.Manage stock, pick and pack ordersProvide exceptional customer service by assisting with product enquiries, pricing requests, and sales transactionsAssist with local on‐farm deliveriesOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyReceive, dispatch, and accurately process incoming and outgoing goodsMaintain inventory accuracy through regular stock management activitiesAdhere to workplace health, safety, and compliance procedures at all timesLoad and unload trucks, prepare orders for dispatch, and unpack deliveriesSupport the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the branch and warehouseWhat You'll BringTo be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or team support role within a fast‐paced workplace, along with a genuine passion for Australian agriculture and rural communities.
