Hopscotch Bar and Paloma's in Braddon is looking for part-time & casual chefs to join our expanding team.
We are looking for chefs who have a passion for excellent quality food and enjoy working in a fast paced setting, with the ability to maintain a high standard of quality and presentation of food.

Requirements:

Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery
Experience in high volume cooking
Passionate about cooking and producing quality dishes consistently
Excellent cooking skills
Strong work ethic
Solid communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Impeccable presentation and hygiene
Knowledge of food safety requirements and kitchen operations
