Overview
CRU Educational Camps is seeking a highly organised administrator with a heart for gospel‐centred youth and kids' ministry to join our team at CRU Lake Mac or CRU Galston Gorge.
This part‐time role requires * hours per week with adaptable days and hours.
Responsibilities
Serving as a responsive and welcoming first point of contact for recent camp enquiries, bookings and re‐bookings.
Building robust, long‐term partnerships with schools.
Preparing camp quotes and program proposals.
Strategically coordinating camp calendars and bookings.
Conducting post‐camp follow‐up to secure future bookings.
Delivering exceptional, relationship‐focused customer service to schools and camp clients.
Supporting the growth of CRU Educational Camps through proactive communication and engagement with schools.
Qualifications
A mature Christian faith and commitment to CRU's mission.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
A friendly, professional phone manner and genuine care for schools and students.
Experience working with young people.
Competency in Word and Excel.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

CRU Educational Camps are fully‐programmed camps for school groups run during school term times.
Run by trained professionals in outdoor education, the camps can be tailored to meet the needs and objectives of each group.
