Job Description
This permanent, part‐time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry.
You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location
Doncaster, VIC,
Working Hours
Mon – Fri (afternoons only): 7:00 am – 9:00 am, 2:45 pm – 6:30 pm, 2 hours admin – 31 hours total
The Role – Leader
As the Second in Charge (2IC), you'll be a key leader in delivering high‐quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in before and after school care or education is desirable but not essential – we can train you.
Thrives in a fast‐paced setting and still has the enthusiasm of a child.
Confident communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals.




Strong team player with excellent problem‐solving skills and a can‐do, positive attitude.
Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‐aged children.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun.
Relevant diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
