The Music Retail Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers with musical instruments, accessories and product enquiries.
This role supports the day-to-day operations of the store while helping create a welcoming workplace for students, teachers and musicians.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone
Assist customers with instrument and accessory selection
Support sales and rental enquiries
Process sales transactions accurately
Maintain store presentation and displays
Develop product knowledge and assist with demonstrations
Work collaboratively as part of the Tempest team
Skills & Attributes
Robust communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Organised, reliable and proactive
Robust interest in music and ability to play a musical instrument preferred
Retail experience highly regarded
