As part of our Customer Service team, you will work across a variety of service points including the Contact Centre, Libraries, and Council Service Counters, with your roster aligned to operational needs and requirements.
You will support customers across all channels, including in person, over the phone, and online, with a robust focus on first contact resolution.
You will bring previous experience in a contact centre or customer facing setting, along with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with a diverse range of people.
We are seeking a team member who is calm under pressure, uses initiative, and adapts easily within a quick paced and evolving environment.
To be successful in this position, you will be passionate about delivering high quality customer service across the Adelaide Hills Council, taking ownership of enquiries and resolving issues in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner.
