About The Role
We have an opportunity for a Personal Banking Consultant to join our Beaudesert branch team. This is a excellent chance for someone looking for a fresh start to the Recent Year and has experience in financial services or banking.
As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week.
About You
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated sales experience
Cash handling experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
