Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for energetic, outgoing and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand recent client Lyka - an exciting premium pet food brand.
This is a hands-on retail promotion and sales role where you'll engage with shoppers, introduce them to the brand, educate pet owners about the perks of personalised nutrition for their dogs, and help generate sales and customer leads.

What You'll Be Doing
Proactively engaging with customers and creating positive brand experiences
Educating pet owners about the product and its benefits
Demonstrating products and encouraging customer participation
Converting customer conversations into sales and lead opportunities
Assisting with kiosk setup,
presentation and visual merchandising
Maintaining stock levels and store presentation standards
Completing daily reporting and timesheets accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in retail, promotions, customer service, sales, events, hospitality or brand ambassador roles
Drivers license and car essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident approaching and engaging with customers
A positive, energetic and outgoing personality
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
Reliable, professional and well-presented
Comfortable working towards sales and engagement targets
