For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead our in‑house café inside Tamworth Community Aged Care. The role runs Monday–Friday with flexible schedule for the right candidate, and offers an hourly rate of $35.19.

You will foster a warm, welcoming space for Residents, visitors and employees, oversee menu development, train staff, and work to enhance loyalty and the café’s reputation within our community.
