Repco is seeking Customer Development Managers to strengthen relationships with trade customers and drive sales performance across a Tasmanian territory.
You will work with store managers, leverage CRM tools, and participate in trade shows and training sessions to grow the business.
Ideal candidates have KPI-driven sales experience, solid customer relationship skills, and a valid Australian driver's license.
Industry experience is preferred but applications from those without it are welcome.
