Job Description
This is much more than a standard retail position.
You'll be one of the first people customers interact with, helping create a welcoming and supportive experience while assisting with supplement recommendations, retail sales and front desk operations.
You will:
Welcome and assist customers in store
Provide basic natural health and supplement guidance within training provided
Help customers navigate practitioner-only supplements and wellness products
Support sales, promotions and customer engagement
Manage bookings, phone calls and front desk enquiries
Assist with stock management, merchandising and store presentation
Support practitioners and the wider clinic team
Help create a calm, organised and positive workplace for customers
About the Candidate
We're looking for a friendly, confident and proactive Front of House / Sales Associate to join our team in a permanent part time role.

Is passionate about health, wellness and natural medicine




Is confident speaking with customers and making recommendations

Is reliable, organised and professional
Is comfortable in a busy retail environment
Has basic computer skills and attention to detail
Bonus points if you have:
Retail sales experience
Pharmacy, health food store or clinic experience
Knowledge of supplements or natural health
Experience with customer service systems or POS software
Social media/content experience
Work Environment
This is a permanent part-time role and will include:
Regular weekday shifts
Every second weekend availability required
Additional hours may become available for the right person.
