The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of information related to resident and client billing.
Receipting and allocation of customer payments
Prepare and reconcile resident and client refunds for processing.




Issue statements and any additional information required by residents and clients in a timely manner.
Carry out end of month banking tasks and manage the disbursement of resident allowances.
Assisting with client queries over the phone and payment collection
Establish and develop effective relationships with internal and external team members.

Your Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a healthcare or aged care Accounts Receivable role
Systems savvy with and intermediate level of MS Excel.
Robust communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
