About the Role
You'll manage a quality residential portfolio of approximately 100–150 properties,
giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end residential property management
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Conducting entry and exit inspections
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades
- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
- Resolving issues professionally and efficiently
- Providing exceptional communication and customer service
- Working collaboratively with our experienced team
This role offers the autonomy to manage your portfolio while being supported by an experienced leadership team committed to your ongoing success.
About You
You're an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional service.
You'll also have:
- Current QLD Driver Licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a residential portfolio within a real estate agency
- Strong knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- High attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience using Property Me (highly regarded)
