We are currently seeking a capable 1-3 PQE Lawyer to join our leading Brisbane General Insurance team!
Responsibilities
- Work on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters with a focus on property damage & motor vehicle claims
- Develop skills in insurance law and litigation
- Have regular involvement and direct contact with clients
- Appear in various courts and tribunals
Requirements
- An academic qualification in Law and admission as a legal practitioner with a current Queensland practising certificate
- Experience in litigation, with motor vehicle litigation experience being highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills (both verbal and written), with exceptional attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and personable lawyer with a passion for client service
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously
- Desire for personal development
