Ongoing Full-Time About the Role: Modbury Hospital's Day Rehabilitation Service is looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join a committed allied health team delivering goal-focused, community-facing rehabilitation to adults across the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN). This is a full time, ongoing role with an opportunity to make a genuine difference in a service that values clinical rigour and person-centred care equally.

Your Role in Day Rehab Working within the Day Rehab Service at Modbury Hospital, you will carry a diverse caseload and contribute to the team's broader service delivery goals. Your core responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing evidence-based rehabilitation programs for day rehabilitation clients.

This includes opportunities to work with a broad range of clinical presentations including amputee, stroke, complex neurological and orthopaedic. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care planning, goal-setting, and discharge pathways Providing clinical guidance and support to less experienced staff and students on placement Contributing to quality improvement activities and service development within the Day Rehab program What

You Bring Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist Demonstrated experience in rehabilitation, aged care, or a related clinical setting at a senior or advanced practice level Strong skills in functional assessment and goal-directed rehabilitation planning Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team Effective communication skills across clinical documentation, client education, and team consultation Familiarity with SA Health clinical frameworks and NALHN service delivery expectations, or a clear capacity to apply these quickly To be eligible for this position, you must have an Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia About
