Be Doing Based at Modbury Hospital and working within the NALHN Older Persons Mental Health Service, you will deliver specialist OT assessment and intervention to older adults experiencing complex mental health presentations. Your day-to-day will include: Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to inform individualised care planning Delivering therapeutic programs that support occupational engagement, independence, and recovery Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team across inpatient and community-facing contexts Contributing to discharge planning and connecting consumers with appropriate community supports

Work collaboratively with consumers, families, and carers to ensure holistic, person-centred care Provide clinical supervision, guidance and mentorship to junior staff, Allied Health Assistants and students This is a full-time, short-term contract position through to 25 July 2027. What

You'll Bring Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration Experience in mental health, aged care, or a related clinical setting Confidence conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments with older adults Strong written and verbal communication skills Understanding of SA Health policies and the relevant legislative frameworks governing mental health care in South Australia Ability to work with cultural sensitivity across a diverse consumer population in Adelaide's northern suburbs To be eligible for this position,



you must have an Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia. About
