Qualifications
- Senior Service Now Consultant – Architect with CMDB experience.
- Experience with CMDB implementations, cleanups, or instance replications within enterprise environments.
- Experience in CSDM (v3/v4) architecture and integration of IT service mapping with business applications.
- Robust Service Now technical capabilities including Java Script, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience in Service Now Discovery, Service Mapping, and IRE.
- Service Now Certifications highly regarded.
