Bus Driver

We currently have multiple positions available for Casual Bus Drivers at our Penrith depot. We are looking for passionate people who enjoy driving and want to service their community, while delivering the best experience possible to our customers.

Compensation & Benefits

- Sign‑On Bonus – up to $3,000 (T&C; apply)
- Industry leading rates: $43.59 per hour Weekday (shift loadings range from 15%‑100% depending on times of operation); $60.36 Saturday; $80.48 Sunday; $100.60 Public Holiday.
- $19.95 attendance allowance paid daily.

Hours of Work

Drivers must be willing and flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, early morning and late‑night shifts. Full‑time drivers often work split shifts,



covering peak service times for school and work commutes in both the morning and afternoon. Straight shifts may also be available with varied start times ranging from morning to evening. All depots operate seven days per week with Sunday and public holiday shifts being voluntary overtime.

Eligibility to Apply

- A current and valid Medium Rigid or higher driver’s licence.
- Good driving history.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to undergo pre‑employment medical check, criminal history check, and working with children check.
- Current NSW Driver Authority desired or willingness to obtain one.
