Restaurant Manager – Rottnest Island

$80,000 – $95,000 per year + Super
Full‑time with included shared accommodation, services and meals.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

- Already be in Perth or planning to arrive.
- Have managerial experience in restaurants, preferably Italian, with more than 100 seats.
- Be open to potential career progression.

Responsibilities

- Managing the restaurant’s day‑to‑day operations.
- Hiring, training and staff development.
- Proficiency in achieving KPIs for labour cost and cost of goods (COGs).
- Completing end‑of‑day operational and financial reports.
- Participating in weekly and monthly management briefings and meetings.
- Demonstrating robust leadership skills.




- Contributing to budget planning and being motivated to achieve set goals.

Skills

- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant manager position.
- Approved Manager certification; ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of H&L; (POS) is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management.
- Strong administrative skills.
