About You Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months’ experience within aged care or residential aged care
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Experience within aged care or residential care environments
- Strong medication and resident care knowledge
Assistants in Nursing (AINs) / Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent
- Experience supporting residents with personal care and activities of daily living
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
