Your new role

- Lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned to business growth objectives
- Drive brand positioning and storytelling to strengthen market presence and support revenue growth initiatives
- Oversee all marketing channels (digital, PR, content, campaigns) to maximise engagement, lead generation, and conversion
- Provide strong leadership to the marketing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and mentoring key talent
- Partner with the Executive leadership team to shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and track performance against KPIs
- Continuously review and optimise marketing effectiveness, using data and insights to improve ROI and support sustained growth

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience in marketing and communications within hospitality or retail environments, with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and brand experience




- A commercially minded leader with the ability to link marketing activity directly to revenue growth and business performance
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving growth environment
- Demonstrated success in delivering integrated campaigns that drive engagement, foot traffic, and conversion
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at Executive level and collaborate cross-functionally
