AustCorp Executive is currently partnering with a highly respected and rapidly growing residential steel framing business based in Browns Plains, Brisbane.

The Opportunity Working alongside highly experienced senior detailers and technical leaders, you will be involved in the detailing of:

- Highset homes
- Split-level homes
- Pole homes
- Large custom residential projects
- Complex roof systems
- Steel floor systems and wall framing

You'll work closely with builders, engineers, manufacturing teams and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Depending on your experience and career aspirations, there is also the opportunity to move into:

- Technical checking and quality roles
- Team leadership and mentoring




- Site support and customer-facing technical positions
- Management opportunities as the business continues to grow

What We're Looking For
We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience in:

- Residential steel frame detailing
- Highset or complex home projects
- Steel wall frames, floor systems and roof trusses
- Architectural and engineering drawing interpretation
- Queensland residential construction practices

Experience using the following would be highly advantageous:

- Vertex BD
- FrameCAD
- Scottsdale
- Similar steel framing software packages

Candidates from steel framing manufacturers, frame and truss businesses and residential construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
