A leading luxury retailer in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join their high-performing team. This is a premium, client-focused workplace where exceptional service, strong sales ability and hands-on leadership are highly valued. While Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded due to the customer demographic, they are not essential.
About the role
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering an elevated luxury customer experience
- Coach, motivate and support the team to achieve individual and store targets
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, stock management and opening/closing procedures
- Communicate confidently with a diverse customer base, with Mandarin or Cantonese language skills viewed favourably
What we're looking for
- Previous leadership experience as a Supervisor, Senior Sales Associate, Assistant Manager or similar within luxury or premium retail
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable client experiences
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly desirable but not essential
The package
- $70,000 - $80,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
- Bonus and commission opportunities
