AREA MANAGER - FASHION

Are you ready to take the world by storm? We're recruiting for a dynamic and engaged Area Manager to join our client who is at the forefront of fashion. If you're a high-energy individual with a flair for trendsetting, a knack for driving sales and a passion for effecting reports, then this is the role for you!

In this Melbourne-based role, you'll be the driving force behind these stores successes, overseeing training and development of up to 15 stores, delivering feedback to HO and the National Manager regarding inventory and sales planning, and setting new benchmarks and expectations across Victoria!

Your mission? To ignite excitement, elevate a culture of success, and ensure that your stores are buzzing with energy, excitement and most of all: RESULTS!

Think you've got what it takes to rock this role? Here's what we're looking for:

- High energy and passion for bricks and mortar stores
- Experience in a Fashion Area Management role ESSENTIAL
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for driving results




- Emotional maturity and accountability for yours and your stores results....
- Solid communication and organisational abilities
- Incredible understanding of managing numbers / results / retail logistics
- Passion for team development and succession planning
