The Business Account Executive is a key position, providing support across team members to enable the achievement of

commercial objectives and Sales budgets. They will actively work across key customers under the guidance of the

associated Account Managers to deliver mutually agreed growth plans and Sales budgets

Description

- Support forecasting to maintain stock availability.
- Assist with promotional planning, forecasting, and execution.
- Manage trade spend accruals and evaluate promotional performance.
- Coordinate product, pricing, digital content, and sample setup.
- Prepare customer presentations and support customer meetings.
- Assist in developing customer proposals and commercial plans.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Analyse EPOS, stock, and account performance data.
- Conduct store visits to monitor execution and competitor activity.
- Support trade shows, events, and sample logistics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category, Demand Planning, and Field teams.

Profile

- A strong candidate will have:




- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2+ years' FMCG experience in Sales, Buying, Marketing, or Category.
- Experience in Account Executive or Sales Support roles.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; Nielsen/IRI experience desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Working knowledge of AU/NZ Retailers and Distributors/Wholesalers
- Experience working with Retailer systems such as Supplier Epos Portals
- Experience of the AU/NZ Battery and Flashlight market
