The successful candidate will be working full-time in the community. A typical day to day will involve:
- Assessing neurological/musculoskeletal function and creating and implementing a systematic treatment plan to address needs and impairments.
- Communicate identified needs with the client, families, providers and appropriate referral to the relevant Health Professional / Specialist.
- Prescription of appropriate exercise and mobility programs.
- Working collaboratively within an Allied health team.
- Continuously review current treatment plans and adjust accordingly.

Requirements:
- A commitment to learning, growth, and teamwork.
- A passion for providing quality care in the community sector
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Valid Police Check and Working with Children’s Check
- Current driver’s license and access to a registered and insured vehicle
- Experience in Aged Care desirable but not essential
- Australian Permanent resident or Citizen
