Established fit-out & refurbishment business with over 20 years in operation is seeking a New Business Development Manager to maintain and embellish their considerable order book for 2026/27.

The successful candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to formulate and consolidate new relationships in all sectors including: Commercial office, Wellness, Aged Care, Hospitality, Retail, Education and Health. You will focused, have strong communication skills and have natural Client Relationship Management skills. You should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy with a group of clients you can bring to the business.

Responsibilities

- Identify partnership opportunities.




- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success.

Qualifications

- Business Development experience in Fit Out & Refurbishment OR Commercial Leasing.
- Pre-Construction or Design Management experience with connections and a flair for Sales.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Be Focused and goal-oriented.
