About the Role

- Diagnostics: Be the problem solver for our sales division for caravans, motorhomes, and campers—everything from mechanical to 12V electrical, plumbing, and accessories.
- Servicing: Support the service department in an overflow capacity,



keeping your skills relevant to your trade.
- Team Collaboration: Join a supportive crew that values quality, reliability, diligence, and being a true team player.

What We’re Looking For

- Diagnostic Skills: A background in automotive or associated trades (e.g. auto accessories, auto electrical) with a passion for trouble‑shooting.
- Communication Skills: You take pride in documenting your findings and working with parts and the sales teams to ensure repairs run smoothly.
- Team Spirit: Happy to work both independently and alongside colleagues in a fun, close‑knit setting.
- Caravan Passion: Genuine interest in how caravans function — including plumbing, mechanical, 12‑volt and solar systems — and a desire to help customers enjoy safe, reliable adventures on the road.

Requirements

- C Class Driver’s License
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance
- Mechanical or workshop diagnostic experience
- Physically fit and agile for the demands of the job
- Experience using tools in a workshop setting
