The Rose & Crown Hotel, 'Western Australia's oldest hotel' and multi award winning hospitality venue, is launching Rose Lane a stylish new wine / cocktail bar celebrating local beer & wine, spirits, premium cocktails and exceptional hospitality.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Manager to help bring Rose Lane Bar to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about local produce and creating memorable guest experiences.

Working alongside our management team, you'll play a key role in developing the bar's culture, service standards and reputation from day one.

The Role

Lead the day-to-day operations of Rose Lane Bar

Create an exceptional service experience for our guests

Work closely with our F&B; and events teams to ensure seamless service

Train, mentor and inspire the bar & wider F&B; team

Manage bar stock, ordering and beverage quality

Deliver outstanding customer service and guest engagement

Assist with F&B; through out the venue private functions,



Live entertainment events and promotions

Maintain RSA, licensing and venue compliance

About You

Previous experience managing or supervising a premium bar

Passion & / or Strong knowledge of local beverages

Confident leading and developing a team

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Creative, energetic and passionate about hospitality

Currently residence of Perth WA with Approved managers card
