Gage Roads Freo, a busy craft brewery on the Fremantle waterfront, is hiring to lead our pizza section in a high-volume kitchen. You will hand-stretch dough, manage a wood-fired oven, control stock and orders, and help maintain impeccable output.
You’ll mentor your assistants, contribute to a robust team culture across kitchen and FOH, and work within the Level 4–6 Cook classification, bringing experience to match the role.
