About the role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, we are looking for a excellent leader with a strong customer focus to:

- Lead and manage all aspects of operations including P&L; accountability
- Develop and implement a Business Plan to achieve profitable growth
- Lead a high performance sales team driven for sales success
- Grow and develop a customer base through excellent service and sales
- Maintain partnerships with suppliers to ensure opportunities are maximised for our business and our customers
- Manage large projects and solutions and coordinate the opportunity pipeline
- Identify, create and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Engage and develop a passionate and dedicated team
