About the Role
- Facilitate daily stand ups, sprint showcases, ceremonies & retrospectives to keep track of the project progress & BAU activities and assisting team with resolution of blockers.
- Manage weekly and monthly release activities for the development projects & BAU.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for development project & BAU activity status.
- Conversion of L3 help desk tickets into DevOps product backlog, track & link historical tickets with similar findings.
- Prioritize epics, capture efforts, generate features and tasks, assignment to development team.
About You
- Must have strong knowledge & experience with Salesforce.
- 5+ years' experience working as a scrum master
- Experience working in the government sector is desirable (not essential)
