Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with disability. You will lead an interdisciplinary youth team, plan NDIS funded therapy packages, and engage with families across diverse settings to help participants achieve educational, personal, social and work goals.
You will work within the social model, providing ongoing mentoring and career development, with driver’s license, checks, and a commitment to growth.
