Five Good Friends is seeking a Nurse/Care Concierge for a part time 0.6 FTE 12-month contract to support residents in our village partnerships. The role focuses on building trusted relationships, guiding residents through the aged care journey, and connecting them with the right support at the right time.
You’ll work with residents, families, and village staff to deliver advice, education and person-centered care, with a strong emphasis on independence and community connection.
