Job Description

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties:

- Manage and acquire labour resources
- Programme works to completion dates
- Maintaining a high level of Quality
- Manage Health & Safety
- Liaising with subcontractors and clients
- Manage multiple joinery installation projects
- Managing Schedules & Budgets
- Leading, Mentoring & Educating team members (including apprentices)

Desired Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

- Trade qualification (machining, shopfitting, carpentry, cabinet making) or construction/building related degree




- Proven ability to deliver successful joinery projects up to $5m+
- Strong understanding of joinery techniques and the production process and constraints
- Strong project financial reporting skills
- Understanding of tender processes, including preliminary costings
- In-depth knowledge of key project performance measures, including client and builder obligations
- Strong leadership capability to build and motivate teams to deliver high quality projects
- Ability to deliver to and manage client expectations
- Proficiency in Jobpac (or similar) software
