Primary Responsibilities

- Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts
- Day‑to‑day management of store, dispensary and team operations
- Dispensary inventory management and order processing
- Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions
- Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants
- Supporting and developing recent business strategies in pharmacy best‑practice

About you

- Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration




- Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercially astute with business acumen and attention‑to‑detail skills
- Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills

Requirements

- Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration
- Experience in community pharmacy dispensing
- Excellent communication skills
- Business acumen and attention to detail
- Leadership and coaching experience
- Must meet National Criminal History Check requirements and hold appropriate working rights
