Working across HR and technology teams, you'll play a key role in shaping future‑state business processes, gathering and translating requirements, and supporting the delivery of modern employee service solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and map current and future‑state processes.
- Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams to support HR technology and ServiceNow initiatives.
- Support solution design, testing,



and business readiness across a complex transformation program.

About you

- Proven Business Analyst experience on enterprise HR or digital transformation programs.
- Strong business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and requirements management skills.
- Experience with HR technology platforms and exposure to ServiceNow is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a complex enterprise workplace.
