About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established concrete and flooring business on the Sunshine Coast. This is a full time permanent opportunity starting first week of August for the right person.
You will be working across concrete grinding and polishing, epoxy flooring installation and Cover Crete application. This is a physically demanding hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, shows up reliably and wants stable long term employment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Concrete grinding and polishing
- Epoxy flooring installation and finishing
- Cover Crete installation
- Surface preparation and sealing
- General site duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in concrete grinding, polishing, epoxy flooring or Cover Crete installation
- Valid Australian driver's licence — essential
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Reliable, punctual and skilled
- Sunshine Coast based or able to commute locally
What's On Offer
- Full time permanent position
- $35 to $55 per hour plus super depending on experience
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Stable ongoing work with a reputable local business
- Start date first week of August 2026
