This Finance Manager role partners with operational, commercial and supply chain leaders to drive business performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, profitability analysis, costing and working capital management across a complex manufacturing workplace.

Description

- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive performance and accountability.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities.
- Deliver insightful analysis across sales, margins, inventory, working capital and profitability.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reviews and management reporting.
- Support pricing reviews, customer profitability analysis and commercial decision-making.
- Drive inventory governance, working capital improvements and balance sheet integrity.




- Contribute to business improvement initiatives, cost reduction programs and process optimisation.
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and governance standards are maintained.

Profile

- CA/CPA qualified.
- Proven experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or a similarly complex operational environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders across both finance and operations.
- Advanced financial modelling, analysis and business partnering capability.
- Strong systems skills, with exposure to ERP and BI platforms highly regarded.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
