About the Role.

As the House & Land Consultant (Wholesale), you’ll be supported to build strong referral partner relationships and convert engagement into consistent sales outcomes.

This is a hybrid role operating across multiple display homes and head office. Working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with week-to-week flexibility based on candidate suitability and business needs. Sales administration support may be available for applicants who consistently exceed minimum KPIs.

About You.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential construction, wholesale sales or house & land packages
- Strong relationship management, business development and industry networks
- Proven ability to build and maintain channel partner relationships




- Confidence in coordinating stock, documentation, and partner workflows
- Confident communicator, strong presentation skills, self-driven, commercial and results focused
- CRM experience, ideally HubSpot

What you’ll do.

- Build new and manage existing channel partner relationships
- Generate leads and attend networking events
- Manage house and land sales from enquiry to deposit
- Prepare quotes, sitings, and packages in Cani Build
- Create sales collateral for partner meetings
- Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records
