We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Staff to join our food truck team for the Pacific Airshow Gold Coast. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll help deliver great food and excellent service to thousands of event attendees.

As a Food Truck All-Rounder, you'll assist with food preparation, serving customers, operating the POS system, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team to keep service running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Follow food safety and workplace health & safety procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general food truck operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.

What We're Looking For

- Previous hospitality, café,



restaurant, or food truck experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
- Flexible availability for weekend and event shifts.
- Food Safety Certificate (preferred but not essential).
