About The Opportunity

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of Aboriginal children and families across the Central Coast. As a Speech Pathologist within Aboriginal Family Services, you will provide culturally safe, evidence‑informed care that supports positive communication, developmental and health outcomes for Aboriginal children.

In This Role, You Will Have The Chance To

- Improve communication and developmental outcomes for Aboriginal children and their families.
- Deliver culturally safe, family‑centred care in partnership with Aboriginal communities.
- Lead innovative service improvements that enhance access, quality and client outcomes.
- Share your expertise through clinical leadership, mentoring and workforce development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support for Aboriginal children and families.

About You

- Is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person committed to improving outcomes for Aboriginal children, families and communities.




- Holds qualifications recognised by Speech Pathology Australia and has experience working with paediatric clients.
- Thrives in collaborative environments and values culturally safe, family‑centred care.
- Demonstrates strong clinical judgement, communication skills and evidence‑based practice.
- Enjoys continuous learning, quality improvement and supporting the development of others.
