About the role
This is a broad in-house role suited to a commercial or TMT lawyer who enjoys variety and visibility. You will advise the business on:
- Commercial contracts, including services agreements, software licences, data access arrangements and other commercial arrangements.
- Consumer law, privacy and data issues.
- Intellectual property matters, including IP protection and reviewing marketing and advertising material
Your focus will be on assisting the business navigate risk. You will work closely with product and technology teams on new initiatives.
About you
You will be a commercial or TMT lawyer with approximately 6–10+ years’ PQE and experience gained from a reputable law firm. Any prior in-house or secondment experience is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will have experience drafting and reviewing a range of contracts and an ability to advise on commercial, consumer law, privacy, data and regulatory matters.
