About us:

At Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (CQMHAODS), we're passionate about helping people live well. Our Adult Community Services Team supports people with complex mental health needs across Rockhampton and the Capricorn Coast, delivering recovery-focused care in homes, clinics and the community.

Working alongside inpatient teams, primary care providers and community partners, you'll help people build independence, achieve their recovery goals and access the support they need to thrive.

About the role:

- Deliver evidence-based mental health assessments, treatment and support that empowers consumers on their recovery journey.
- Work closely with consumers, families and multidisciplinary teams to provide case management, therapeutic interventions and group programs.
- Coordinate care from assessment through to discharge, collaborating with community partners to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Grow your skills in a cooperative environment where learning,



innovation and professional development are encouraged.

About you:

- A relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work (or equivalent) and eligibility for registration or membership with the relevant professional body.

- A solid understanding of recovery-focused mental health care and a passion for supporting people to achieve their goals.
- A collaborative mindset, a willingness to learn and the enthusiasm to grow your career in a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Mental Health Clinicians

Hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in any of the following:

- Occupational Therapy
- Psychology
- Social Work
- Registered Nurse (if applicable)

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $132,567 p.a. is comprised of:

- An hourly rate between $43.97 - $58.59 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
