An exciting opening is now available for an experienced Strata Manager to join their south/bayside Brisbane office. You’ll be part of a welcoming, social, and high-performing team with a proven track record. In this role, you will take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of circa 100 buildings, supported by a dedicated Assistant, whom you will mentor and develop. The position offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape your portfolio management style.

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of strata properties with full accountability for day-to-day operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and committees
- Organise, attend, and facilitate meetings both in the office and onsite
- Interpret and communicate technical and legislative information clearly




- Apply a sound understanding of strata legislation in daily practice
- Coordinate contractors and support body corporate requirements
- Oversee insurance renewals and claims processes
- Work independently while maintaining a high level of service delivery
- Deliver transparent, professional written and verbal communication at all times
