Position

Paediatric Registrar – Advanced Paediatric Trainee – 12‑month full‑time position (2027).

Responsibilities
Manage Level 3 Special Care Nursery neonates and maternity ward neonates.
Attend emergency deliveries and neonate admissions.
Conduct two general paediatric outpatient clinics per week.
Provide multidisciplinary developmental assessment at Alfred CYMHS (one clinic per week).
Engage in quality assurance and audit activities.
Deliver education and training to junior staff.

Qualifications

Suitably qualified medical practitioner; accredited with the Royal Australian & Recent Zealand College of Physicians as elective training. Eligibility to apply through the Victorian Paediatric Advanced Training (VPAT) centralised match.
